ReAction 0.9.6. New version and new activator!

New version of ReActions released. Thanks to users activity, a lot of bugs were fixed. At the same time quietly I produce internal changes that will make ReActions fully modular. Sometime new activators will be created faster and another coders will be able to add new features into ReActions.
